Bâtir avec Vision Inc. is a management consulting firm located in Terrebonne, Québec. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information when you use our website at batiravecvision.ca.

2. Personal information we collect
We collect only the information you voluntarily provide to us:
- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message.
- Discovery call booking (via Calendly): your name, email address and your answers to the booking questions.
- Cookies: we use only strictly necessary cookies, stored on your device: your language choice and your cookie-banner choice. We use no analytics, audience-measurement or advertising cookies, and no third-party trackers.
3. Why we use your information
- To respond to your request sent through the contact form.
- To schedule and hold your discovery call booked via Calendly.
- To keep the website working properly (remembering your language and cookie choices).
4. Your consent and withdrawing it
By submitting our contact form, you consent to us using your contact details to respond to your request. By booking a call through Calendly, you consent to the collection of the information needed for the booking.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@batiravecvision.ca. You may also change your cookie choice at any time using the 'Cookie Preferences' link at the bottom of every page, which reopens the consent banner.
5. Sharing your information and transfers outside Québec
We do not sell or rent your personal information. It may however be processed by the following providers, solely for the purposes described above:
- FormSubmit: forwards the content of your form to our email inbox.
- Calendly: manages your discovery call booking. Your booking data is hosted in the United States.
- Our web host: stores the website's files on its servers.
When your information is hosted or processed outside Québec, it is subject to the laws in force in those jurisdictions.
6. How long we keep your information
We keep your information only as long as needed to handle your request and provide reasonable follow-up, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Your language and cookie choices remain stored on your device until you clear them.
7. Security
We apply reasonable security measures to protect your information, including limited access and a website served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is, however, 100% secure.
8. Your rights
You may request access to your personal information, its correction, or the withdrawal of your consent by writing to info@batiravecvision.ca. We will respond to your request within a reasonable time.
