Founded by Pamela Paredes, a general manager from the construction sector, Bâtir avec Vision Inc. puts at your service a team that built its management expertise hands-on and has led teams of more than 30 employees.
Self-taught, our founder has worked in several fields, including tourism, and simultaneously managed multiple companies belonging to the same owner. Her background connects strategy to execution across operations, finance, accounting, human resources and project management.
